1.牛油果肉和纯牛奶一起放入料理机

2.搅打成牛奶果泥

3.盐、糖、高筋粉、鸡蛋和搅打的果泥一起倒入面包桶里,开起和面功能

4.揉面10分钟左右,放入黄油继续揉面

5.揉面25分钟时加入酵母粉。因为现在天热,不要一开始就放酵母粉,否则揉面的过程中面团就开始发酵了。

6.把面团继续揉到扩展,可以拉出薄膜的状态

7.揉好的面团,桶上盖湿布让其发酵

8.发酵至2.5倍左右,手指戳个坑不反弹

9.面团分两份排气再松弛15分钟

10.把一块面团擀成长方形,然后中间切断

11.取一半,在一边切成条,然后每一条都旋转着拧一下

12.全部拧好后,准备放烤肠了.烤肠解冻后如果表面有水分,就用厨房纸沾干,然后放在面团没有切的那一端

14.放入烤盘。本来是可以做4个的,但我不舍得用他们多烤肠,就做了两个,其余两个面团做成了欧包

15.保湿保温发酵至2倍大小,表面刷蛋液

16.烤箱170度预热完成后,入烤箱烤18分钟

今天的这款面包表面刷了蛋液,没有用蒸汽功能。如果做软欧,表面撒干粉,可以加水制造10秒的蒸汽。
